Workout Routine: "5 days a week...a very strict body building routine. Very heavy weights, 10 minutes of cardio a day and a high protein, medium fat, low carb diet."

An Example Of Her Diet: "...I wouldn't call it a 'breakfast of champions', but I DO have to stick to a very strict diet to stay in top physical form! Take for instance what I have in the morning: two egg whites in a glass, skim milk, cottage cheese with lemon, alfalfa and oatmeal toast! Now THAT's what I have to look forward to every morning!"

Her Message To Kids: "You don't have to do anything you don't want to...just because a friend tells you to. For example, I hung out with the in crowd, was captain of the chearleaders, had a different boyfriend every single week, and to this day I have never smoked, drank, or did a drug just to fit in. Because, by being myself...I was fitting in. If you feel like you have to do something that you don't want to do just to make someone happy, thier not your friends and you can do without them. Because in 10 yrs when you go to a high school reunion and everyone there is fat, bald, and working in construction...you can laugh that they were the ones that conformes."

When She's Not On The Road What Does She Do: "I unpack my bags...do some laundry, and repack my bags. Then I find a few hours to eat, sleep, and go to the gym. That's the extent of my life...pretty boring."

Where Does She See Herself In Ten Years: "Sitting in a nice comfortable office with a nice brass name plate on the door at 1241 East Main in CT...contemplating my next on-camera roll in the WWF!"

And, then in 1994 Vince McMahon came knocking on our door and here I am! It's the best job in the world because I work one day a week and get paid lots of money to do it!"

What Does She Think Of Tammy's Team and Candido's Crew: "TAMMY'S TEAM RULES! CANDIDO'S CREW IS COOL! And everybody who isn't in one of those clubs should join!"

If She Left Wrestling Today, What Would She Be Doing: "If I decided to continue living a really grand lifestyle, then I would of course try Hollywood, but if I decided to settle down and have a normal life I'd go back to medical school and be a pediatrician. I would open my own zoo and pop out a couple of babies!"
