British wine, cylinder. 9 and 1/2" tall, 2 and 1/2" in diameter. Blown in a cup mold. Appied lip is up-tooled and flattened. String rim is down-tooled. Applied lower body seal reads "Inner Temple". Pontil appears to be an improved iron pontil and the base is a shallow conical shape. The heel is abrupt. Ca: early 1800's. Personal collection.
