These are the big boys. Unfortunately, they don't list prices. They also make a whole bunch of other BBQ and smoker rigs that range from the back yard variety on up to the mobile rigs that will handle over 1500 pounds of meat. Be forewarned that they're all gas fired except for the back yard cooker. Most of their cookers do so via a rotisserie of some sort, including their hog roasters. It's really an interesting site from a vendors point of view. Also, check out their "Royal Flush" machine.

The Backwoods Smoker is a "fully insulated" one piece unit with a double wall design that consists of an inner and outer wall. This is a local Louisiana gentleman who has a 15' x 20' screened in shop where he and his helper (an old black gentleman) mix and cook down the syrup in a 6' diameter circular cooking vat.
