737. Sherman A.⁸ Crissey (Sylvanus Jr.⁷, Sylvanus⁶, Martha⁵ Davenport, John Iv⁴, John Rev.³, John Jr.², John Rev.¹) was born 19 Aug 1836.

He married twice. He married Martha Capron 9 Sep 1858. Martha was born in Ohio 9 Sep 1836. Martha died 21 Sep 1891 at 55 years of age. He married Elzemina Carmichael in Delavan, Wisconsin, 16 Aug 1893. Elzemina was born in Coral, Illinois 1848.

Sherman A. Crissey and Martha Capron had the following children:

1434 i. Effie⁹ Crissey was born 9 Jul 1859. Effie died 23 Jan 1870 at 10 years of age.

1435 ii. Edwin H. Crissey was born 11 Feb 1861. Edwin died 13 Dec 1890 at 29 years of age.

1436 iii. Arta A. Crissey was born in Marengo, Illinois 9 Jan 1867. He married Bessie Bartholomew in Marengo, Illinois, 14 Sep 1893. Bessie was born in Coral, Illinois 14 Aug 1873.

1437 iv. Fannie Crissey was born 6 Jul 1869. Fannie died 22 Aug 1870 in Marengo, Illinois, at 1 years of age.
