Born in New York City, and growing up in Caldwell, NJ, Aziz has been playing trumpet for eight years. He was compelled to begin playing all the way back in the fourth grade, merely because he liked the sound of the trumpet.
Like his bandmate, Jason, he listens to all types of music. This includes jazz, pop, ska, and classical. Aziz feels lucky to be in a band that has as much fun as Day 19 does. He hopes that the band succeeds and eventually spreads the fun of Day 19's music throughout the world.
