Because the transmitter wasn't working, I was unable to air the Veterans' Day program I planned. I will however say that Native Americans have fought with European Americans since 1754, the beginning of the French and Indian War, to defend and protect this land. For all these people, I am thankful and I play this honor song.

Indian Creek Singers, "Warrior's Dance," Pow Wow Jammin', SOAR

Story: Graham Greene and Paul McCandless, Squanto and the First Thanksgiving, Rabbit Ears Productions

Daniel Cecil Hill, "In Honor of Life Giver," Waterlands of Turtle Island

This has been a phenomenal year for me. I'd like to take this time to thank WRPI for allowing me to have this program. It's been on the air 10 months. I'd like to thank Bob Coury, Art Curry, Don Drewecki and Ben Levine specifically for their help and encouragement. A special thank you to the native music labels that have sent the radio station music. I'd also like to thank the Keepers of the Circle, my mother, my friends and my bosses for their support. Without them I never would have attempted this and it's led to many good things for me. Most of all, I would like to thank the many native artists whose music has enriched and changed my life, and hopefully yours as well.
