Tiffaney
My Guardian Angel is Tiffaney, a Maltese-Poodle that I was priviledged to keep with me for 8 1/2 years... My Tiffaney passed away May 26, 1995. It was the most devastating event of my life....
I believe Tiffaney is in Heaven watching over me and protecting me and my other pets from harm. There have been many times when something has went wrong with my pet family that I have kneeled down at Tiffaney's grave and Prayed. Like a Miracle it all falls into place.... I would like to
share with you some of the beautiful miracles that have happened
that makes me feel that Tiffaney is my
Why I Belive Tiff is My Guardain Angel... The most recent
miracle was when my puppies "Reese", "Taffy"
and "Tootie" all were diagnosed with Parvo in mid
October of 98. Taffy was given a 50/50 odds, Reese was given a
70% chance of recovery based on the fact Taffy made a speedy
recovery,(Taffy came down with Parvo first, and a week later My Cat Baby who
was pregnant began to hemorrhage. When I took her to the Vet
hospital they told me that she had a 90% chance of making it
through a Caesarian, her unborn kittens Because of this event Baby was unable to have any more Kittens. But becuase of the Good Lord and my Guardian Angel Tiffaney protecting my pet family, Baby and her kittens survived. My Himalayan
Presleigh disappeared on me one day which is very unusual. She
never even came home at supper time. I was just certain that
something had happened to her. The next morning when she still
had not come home I went to the foot of Tiffaney's grave and I
kneeled down and prayed for Tiffaney I honestly believe that Tiffaney is my Guardian Angel. Wouldn't You believe it? These are just a few of the reasons why I feel so strongly that Tiffaney is watching over us. There are many more examples that I could tell the stories of, but these are the three that are just amazing.
Some of Tiffaney's Adventures! Tiffaney was one
of the most beautiful dogs I had ever or probably ever will see.
Let me begin with how Tiffaney came to live in my home. It was
December 29, 1986, my dad who When my Dad
arrived at the ladies house for the showing a little white dog
ran to him. The lady said "Get down Tiffy", and my dad
realized Tiffaney is what she was calling the dog on the phone.
My dad asked her was that the dog she was wanting to give him and
she replied yes. He told My dad then called my mother, who was working at a dress shop then and asked her to pick up the dog on her way home because he had another showing. My mother was not at all pleased. She picked up a box to bring the dog home in thinking it was some ole mutt. When mom arrived, a lady met her at the door carring a little white dog. She just placed the dog into my mothers arms and introduced the dog as Tiffaney. My mother could
not believe how beautiful she was. Tiffaney Tiffaney had no way of knowing it at the time but she was going to live out the rest of her long life at her new home. She would also become one of the most the most loved dogs in the Martin family. I will never forget the first time I saw Tiffaney. I was walking home and my mother pulled into the drive way. It was beginning to get dark and I could see something standing beside my mom. It was looking back at me, standing on back feet.... My first words to my mother was "What is that" she laughed and said it is your new dog! I was so proud
of her and pleased that she was mine. It did not take long until
Tiffaney and I became best friends.. Tiff and I went through alot
together through the years. She was my best friend, my 4-wheeler
pal (she loved to ride on my four One particular situation stands out in my mind. My Uncle had just moved about 2 miles from us. Taking two different roads to get to his home. My mother had went out side with Tiffaney and she turned around and Tiffaney was gone. My family and I were frantic with worry and looked every where for her. Tiffaney was just no where to be found. My mom was convinced that if someone saw her they would pick her up and we would never see her again. Mean while, at my uncles home's my cousin Daven had decided that he would let his two dogs Lady and Benji stay out that night. This would be the first night since they had moved to the new neighborhood. It was around 3 a.m. and Rose (my aunt) woke up and she looked to see what the dogs were barking at. We had told her that my Tiffaney had dissappeared so when she saw a white dog walking around, she said no it can't be. She called our
house around 4 that morning. My mom came and woke me up and told
me that Rose thinks she saw Tiffaney at her house. I said
"Rose has to be crazy". Thinking it Unfortunately, Tiffaney's adventure had not ended that night. Two months later my Tiffaney gave birth by a dog we had not chosen for her. In fact, the dog was a larger breed that she had met that day. None of her puppies survived and my Tiffaney's life was put in great danger. She became very ill. My mother woke me up one Wednesday morning and said we had to get her to the vets or she would not be with us that evening. Our Vet said he didn't know how she was living, she had a temperature of 105 and her nipples were bursting open. She had what people used to call "Milk Fever". She was given a shot, steroids and a liquid medicene to be bathed in twice a day. She was miserable and it could be see in her sweet black eyes. The best sound that I heard that week, came in the middle of that night when Tiffaney decided she wanted to go outside to use the bathroom. My Tiffaney survived Milk Fever and she became more of a baby than ever. We shared many more good times for two more years before the angels took my Tiff away in May of '95. I came home from work that evening and I saw that Tiffaney was not feeling so good. A strange feeling came over me and I realized that Tiffaney would not be with me much longer. That night I told my mother that we had to get used to the fact she would not be with us much longer. But I never dreamed that it would happen so soon.... So I took Tiff out in our front yard and took some pictures of her. Tiffaney passed away the next morning. It was May 26,
1995, the most devastating time of my life. Although I have
more animals now, (7 dogs and 6 cats. Tiffaney will always hold a special place in my heart)
