This is done on a 5 1/2 by 4 1/2 postcard. Kris Dobbins sent me this postcard and she uses it for her birthday reminders. I have changed the color on areas that need to have information inserted in them, or updated with your own personal information. If I remember correctly, Kris took these to her local printer and had them made up for her. The postcard is a bright green with a small balloon border.
