VIDEO TRADING PAGE
I
collect, trade and sell videotapes, especially hard-to-find science fiction
movies. I'm always looking for obscure science fiction and cult movies from the
past...as well as good silent movies and complete movie serials...and most
anything else for that matter. I am always willing to trade copies of my own
tapes to the questing collector, or trade them to get the strange titles that I
am likewise searching for, so if you are looking for anything and want to
trade, check out my Wanted List.
I love
trading, so if I have something you want, please let me know what you have and
perhaps we can work out an exchange. The material on these pages is ONLY
available for trading purchases. Please feel free to email me if you have any
questions. I will consider trades for blank tapes on a two-blank-per-one
recorded tape ratio. I do however sell
copies of my material that is in the public domain. I often have videotapes (among other items) up
for
auction on the major internet auction sites including eBay, Amazon.com, and the
newest auction site, Gold's Auctions.
My
trades are worked out per each T-120 (120-minute) or T-160 (160-minute)
videotape, as I can usually get an entire feature film, several episodes of a
television show or many movie shorts on a single tape at SP speed. I also,
depending on my available time and the available space on a tape, will also try
to include a few cartoons, trailers and other material on the tapes I trade or
you order. These will usually be in EP speed, since my primary goal is to get
the title you are trading to you in the best available condition...the extras
just enhance the video experience a tad.
All videos are professionally dubbed on
name-brand videotape, using the highest quality source material I
have available (the quality may vary due
to the age and the rarity of some of the source material). All videos
are traded and sold
"collector-to-collector", with no rights given or implied. All titles
on my on-line video lists
are in the public domain, believed to be
in the public domain, have no or are believed to have no current US
copyright in force, and are believed to be
commercially unreleased in the form they are produced to fellow
collectors. If a tape is purchased, you
are paying for the physical videotape and my time for its preparation, not
the content.
