Charles L. and Elizabeth Curtis Britt lived in Douglas, Georgia in the late 1800's and early to mid 1900's. They had several children. Charles L. Britt had family living in Goochland County, VA. His foreparents moved to Missouri in the mid to late 1800's. I am searching for information regarding their origin and family history. They had a son named, Rev. Charles Joseph Britt. He was a minister and barber. Rev. Britt died in Columbia, SC in 1957. His brother, Linwood Artis Britt, died in Wilmington, DE in 1986. The 1999 Reunion will be held on August 12-15, at the Sheraton Hotel in Dover, Delaware. Notification of special activities and speakers will follow, upon determination.
