I sent another piece of the sample, again provided through Derrel Sims, to be analyzed by nuclear activation analysis.
So far, it looks like the data upon which I formed my original opinion was bad data. I've only received a quick email note, but the isotopic abundance in the 'RR3' sample is indistinguishable from the NIST standard.
I'll add more as I get it...
I should have had this analysis completed PRIOR to making any statement in Roswell.
