Back In 1990 Calvin Brodaus (A Former Crypt Member) Was Looking To Start A Rap Career. When He Became Popular On The Streets, He Decided To Submit A Demo Tape To His Friend 'Warren G' Who Is Part Of The Def Jam Music Group. Warren Liked The Demo Tape So Much That He Gave It To His Brother 'Dr Dre' At Death Row. Dre Really Liked The Demo And Got Him A Chance To Rap On The "Deep Cover" Soundtrack. It Was At That Time That He Earned His Name 'Snoop Doggy Dogg'. He Picked Up The Name Because Of A Resemblance To The Peanuts Character Snoopy. He Did So Well That Dre Decided To Give Snoop A Chance And Put Him On Dre'z First Solo 'The Chronic'. After That Snoops Fame Exceeded Him. He Went On To Make Two Solo Albums: 'Doggystyle' And 'The Doggfather' Under The Death Row Label. Eventually, Death Row Started To Fall Apart. The CEO Suge Knight In Jail, Hit Rapper 'Tupac' Dead, And Legend 'Dr Dre' Left. Snoop Decided It Was Time To Move On. So, He Left Death Row And Signed With 'Master P' On The 'No Limit' Label. Now, Under The Name 'Snoop Dogg' He Has Put Out His Latest Solo Album 'Da Game Is To Be Sold, Not To Be Told'. Snoop Has No Where To Go, But... Up!
