The Liquid Lightning Swim Club was founded in 1994 in order to
provide a competitive swimming team to the athletes of the Westside of
Central Okanagan of British Columbia.
In just a few years of operation, it has succeeded in having it's
swimmers qualify for the National Championships and succeed in
medaling in the Junior National and Provincial Championships.
We strongly believe that the main goal of the club is to provide
a venue for any child to become the best swimmer that they can and, in
the course of doing so, to have fun, learn the value of cooperation,
goal setting and hard work and finally to be proud of themselves as
swimmers but even moreso as human beings.
