BIO
Reese Witherspoon was born on March 22, 1976 as Laura Jean Reese Witherspoon. Making her now 23 years old. She grew up in Nashville, Tennesse. She made her feature film debut in "The Man in the Moon." Starring opposite Sam Waterston, earning critical acclaim as a 1950's tomboy who falls in love for the first time. After many TV movies she went on to do the Walt Disney picture "A Far Off Place" in 1993. For this she shot in Africa and costarred along with Ethan, as did her husband, Ryan Phillippe, who costarred with him too in 1996. She met Ryan in 1996 at a party and the two hit it off. 1998 would bring their first film together, "Cruel Intentions," a dark and sexual teen film.
And 1999 would bring their marriage and the birth of their daughter,
Laura. She's now taking a break, but she'll be back bigger than ever!
