There is a FL Employees Benefit Handbook for sale at ebay.com.
When I asked the seller if he was an exFLer, he replied that he 
wasn't and had bought the handbook at a garage sale by Breitling's 
widow who lived in Northglenn.
Checking the Social Security Death Index, I found 
GALEN J BREITLING 
Born 01 Jan 1930 
Died 29 May 1997 
Age 67
At 80234 (Denver, Adams, CO) 
Does anyone have more info.
