Hannibal - Nancy L. Mitchell, 53, of Riverdale, Ga., and formerly of Hannibal,
died at 3:53 p.m. Aug. 22, 2000, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at the James O'Donnell 
Funeral Home in Hannibal.  Pastor Doug Darnold will officiate.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mitchell was born Oct. 3, 1946, in Hannibal to Ledue B. and Doris Davidson Hedrick.

She was married to Mickey L. Mitchell on June 16, 1976, in Pueblo, Colo.  He survives.

Other survivors include her parents, both of Hannibal; four brothers, David Hedrick of
St. Peters, Robert F. Hedrick and Gary D. Hedrick, both of Hannibal and Bruce S. Hedrick
of Dallas, Texs; and two sisters, Julie K. Cain of The Colony, Texas and Dorothy J. Engle
of Kansas City, Mo.

Mrs. Mitchell was a 1964 graduate of Hannibal High School and a graduate of
Hannibal - LaGrange College.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
