I have decided that it would be wonderful if I had a little bit on this page devoted to what kind of cheese that other people like. (When I say "other people", I mean, people other than, Rose, Jos, and myself). So, I sent out Emails to all of the current FCFA members, and asked them if they would be kind enough to tell me how they like their cheese. I haven't gotten a lot of replies, yet. But, I'm happy to post the ones that I *do* have. :)

"hmmmmmmmmm.....I enjoy Parmesan and Cheddar and Mozerellla...Ummmmmmmmm...I like crackers and cheese and once I tried to fry some Parmesan cheese into this little wafer thingy, but it didn't work too well. I think dairy products are splendid in general, though. Me gusta (I like) ummmmmm...not that nasty blue cheese stuff. That should do it, I gueesss. have fun!
