Name: Tiffany JadeIn 2359, Loner's father was killed in a Romulan attack, after which her mother relocated them to San Francisco, on Earth.
She made friends with a Bajoran boy named Kailan Milar, and the two often played together. Loner would often listen to Milar tell of his dream to join The Federation, the stories eventually telling Tiffany Loner what she wanted to do. She told her mother this and she encouraged the idea. She made sure Tiffany got all of the materials she would need to learn all about The Federation, the Prime Directive, and the Federation vessels, plus everything she would need to know to be accepted into the Academy.
In 2366, she applied to The Academy and was accepted the following year.
She specilized in security and tactical as Klingons were encouraged to, but also learned helmsman skills.
In 2369, Tiffany graduated, and was posted to the USS Olympus. She was a helm officer there, and would remain so until she transfered to the USS Enterprise. When Tiffany was transferred to Starbase 416 following the demise of the Enterprise-D, she was given the title of Special Operations Officer due to her countless shows of esteemable skill under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the Enterprise. In 2373, she put in for a transfer to the vessel serving Starbase 416, the USS LaGrange; as Helm Officer.
