This page is dedicated
    to the memory of
    our sweet brothers Alex
    and Martin.
    We love you both!!
    From your sisters,
    Flo and Helen.

    IF I KNEW

    If I knew
it would be the last time
That I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly
    and pray the Lord,
    your soul to keep.
    If I knew
it would be the last time
that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss
    and call you back
    for one more.
    If I knew
it would be the last time
    I'd hear your voice
    lifted up in praise,
    I would video tape
    each action and word,
so I could play them back
    day after day.
    If I knew
it would be the last time,
    I could spare an extra
minute or two to stop and say
    "I love you,"
    instead of assuming
    you would KNOW I do
    If I knew
it would be the last time
    I would be there
    to share your day,
    well I'm sure
    you'll have so many more,
    so I can let
    just this one slip away.
    For surely there's always tomorrow
to make up for an oversight,
and we always get a second chance
    to make everything right.
    There will always be
    another day to say our
    "I love you's,"
    And certainly
there's another chance to say our
    "Anything I can do's?"
But just in case I might be wrong,
and today is all I get,
    I'd like to say
    how much I love you
and I hope we never forget.
    Tomorrow is not promised
    to anyone,
    young or old alike,
And today may be the last chance
    you get to hold
    your loved one tight
So if you're waiting for tomorrow,
    why not do it today?
    For if tomorrow never comes,
    you'll surely regret the day,
    That you didn't take
    that extra time
for a smile, a hug, or a kiss
    and you were too busy
    to grant someone,
    what turned out to be
    their one last wish.
    So hold your loved ones
    close today,
    and whisper in their ear,
Tell them how much you love them
    and that you'll always
    hold them dear
    Take time to say
    "I'm sorry,"
    "Please forgive me,"
    "Thank you,"
    or "It's okay."
    And if tomorrow never comes,
you'll have no regrets about today.

    I'll Be Here!

I cannot ease your aching heart,
    Nor take your pain away;
But let me stay and take your hand
    And walk with you today.
I'll listen when you need to talk,
    I'll wipe away your tears;
I'll share your worries when they come,
I'll help you face your fears.
I'm here and I will stand by you,
    on each hill you have to climb;
So take my hand, let's face the world ...
And live just one day at a time.
You're not alone, for I'm still here,
    I'll go that extra mile;
And when your grief is easier,
I'll help you learn to smile!

    WHEN TOMORROW

    "When tomorrow starts without me,
    And I'm not there to see;
If the sun should rise and find your eyes
    All filled with tears for me;
    I wish so much you wouldn't cry;
    the way you did today;
While thinking of the many things,
    We didn't get to say;
I know how much you love me,
as much as I love you And each
    time you think of me,
I know you'll miss me too,
but when tomorrow starts without me,
    Please try to understand,
That an Angel came and called my name,
And took me by the hand,
and said my place was ready in heaven far above,
and that I would have to leave behind all those I dearly love,

But as I turned to walk away,
A tear fell from my eye, For all my life,
    I'd thought I didn't want to die,
I had so much to live for ,
So much yet to do, It seemed so impossible,
    That I was leaving you,
the good ones and the bad,
I thought of all the love we shared,
and all the fun we had,
    If I could relive yesterday,
Just even for awhile, I'd say good-by and kiss you.
    And maybe see you smile.
    But then I fully realized,
That this could never be, For emptiness and memories,
would take the place of me,

And when I thought of worldly things,
    I might miss come tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I did,
My heart was filled with sorrow,
But when I walked through heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home,
When God looked down and smiled at me,
from his great golden throne he said
"This is eternity, And all I've promised you,"
"Today for life on earth is past,
But here it starts anew. I promise no tomorrows,
    But today will always last,
And since each day's the same way,
There"s no longing for the past.
But you have been so faithful,
    So trusting and so true.
Though there were times you did some things,
    you knew you shouldn't do,
    But you have been forgiven.
And now at last you're free
So won't you take my hand
And share my life with me?
So when tomorrow starts with out me,
    Don't think we're far apart.
For every time you think of me,
I'm right here in your heart."

    MY FIRST CHRISTMAS IN HEAVEN

    I see the countless Christmas
    trees around the world below
    With tiny lights,
    like Heaven's stars,
    reflecting on the snow
    The sight is so spectacular,
    please wipe away that tear
    For I am spending Christmas
    with Jesus Christ this year.

    I hear the many Christmas
songs that people hold so dear
But the sounds of music there
    can't compare with the
    Christmas Choir up here.
I have no words to tell you,
    their joy their voices bring
    For it is beyond description
    to hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me.
I see the pain inside your
    heart But I am not
    so far away. We really
    aren't far apart.
So be happy for me dear
    ones. You know I
    hold you dear. And be
    glad I'm spending Christmas
    with Jesus Christ this year.

    I send you each a
    special gift, from my heavenly
    home above. I send you
    each a memory of undying
    love. After all, love is
    gift more precious than gold.
    It was always most important
    in the stories Jesus told.
Please love and keep each other,
as my Father said to do.
For I can't express the blessings
or love He has for each of you.

    So, have a Merry Christmas
    and wipe away each tear.
    Remember, I am spending
Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.
