Steve Howe was the former guitarist of Yes in case you don't know, and I guess he's getting back to his fingerpicking roots on his latest album. Unfortunately, he also tries to get back to his singing roots on a few songs! :-) He's really into the Chet Atkins/Merle Travis style and hopefully that shows on my transcription. He also did this song on his second solo album 'The Steve Howe Album' but it's a bit different than the version he plays on his new album. He starts jamming a bit in the middle and I didn't transcribe the whole thing, but the way I did it fits together so you shouldn't have any trouble if you follow along with the CD. I didn't write out the rhythm because I'm not used to how to do that in tab. You'll have to follow along in the song to get the rhythm down and to see the parts I skipped when he starts jamming.
