welcome

Hello everyone!! Welcome to my website!

[ updated-february 2004- the content of this website is currently being renovated; please excuse the mess. thank you! ]

about me: Here's something about myself. My name's David. I'm a 26 year-old male from San Francisco Bay Area now currently living in Silicon Valley with my wife, and our kitty. I love listening to all types of music and play the violin and piano. I enjoy reading and writing stories. I love nature and the outdoors. I was also a brown belt in karate.

I am quite friendly via e-mail but I can be very shy in person. I am a great listener. I have a vivid imagination and hope to design software and games in the future as well as write books. I love exploring new things, new challenges, and meeting new people. I am very open-minded, nice, generous, and kind. I enjoy playing basketball at times with friends and hang out with friends...but most of the time I'm reading, on the computer doing e-mail or playing games, and watching movies or something.

my education: I was attending the University of California at Davis majoring in History, but later on attended Heald Business College's Computer Tech Program. I am currently a graduate.

what college brought me: Over the summer of 1998, I became interested in Japanese Animation and became obsessed with it. :-) I'm now an Otaku, or "obsessed anime fanatic" all because I finally opened my mind up to it. The first anime I saw and got into was the 1992 movie, Venus Wars. The second anime was the series Tenchi Muyo! Ryookhi OAV I. That's when I came to join the Davis Anime Club and became one of the club's officers. I was Club Treasurer for most of my time at Davis.

about the woman in my life: I have just become involved with the most beautiful and wonderful woman that I have ever met in my entire life. She's kind, generous, wonderful, happy, and free-spirited. I love the way she is. She's eclectic, open-minded, and trusting. I have always been unlucky with fate in love...but I'm so happy that I met her. I believe that my prayers and hard-work of being patience brought me to her. I am honored to be her companion and my goal is to live my life to please her and enjoy my life and my time with her. She's the rose petals of my thorny stems...she compliments me in so many ways...in and out of the house. I can hold everlasting conversations with her without reservations or fear of being mocked or ridiculed. I have no fear when I'm around her and I feel absolutely comfortable and at peace. She brings out the best in me that I have not known existed before. She brings out the best qualities in me to help make me a better person and a more wonderful man. I love her absolutely...and cherish her mind, body, and spirit. (And now...she's my wife.. 01/13/2003!)
