Tom has 30 years of experience as a combat correspondent, newspaper 
reporter, magazine editor, public relations professional, and marketing
communications agency executive. During the last 20 years, he's held 
senior positions in public relations at Carl Byoir & Associates (Foote,
Cone & Belding), Lewis, Gilman & Kynett, Gray & Rogers, Al Paul Lefton,
Gillespie, and Paolin & Sweeney, as well his own advertising agency,
Farley & Roderick, a mid-sized firm which he founded and operated in 
Philadelphia for eight years. Tom has managed national campaigns and 
strategic projects for such blue chip accounts as AT&T, Black & Decker,
