LMOU RESULTS FOR 1999


This is Bob Kessler's letter we received today concerning Impasse decisions:

Dear Loren:

Enclosed are the results of Impasse discussions of those items impassed by 
management.

Items 4 and 9 will remain the same.  Management had no record of a management 
appeal on Item #14, therefore, they did not want to address it.  Therefore, 
it will remain the same as it will officially die come July 20, 1999 when the 
deadline for appeal to arbitration expires.
