PRESIDENT'S REPORT 6/1/99 "CASUALS IN LIEU OF" ARBITRATION CASE WILL BE HEARD JUNE 8TH We finished documents for arbitration at 6:30 this morning! FAXed 22 sheets to Kessler; mailed the rest. Some sheets are so large, they only can be displayed at arbitration (if they admit them as evidence). I figured - by pouring over 2,300 pages of timekeeping sheets - we did the equivalent of writing a book! I made 7 graphs; 10 charts. It could equal lots of $$$$ if union wins. Jim, please let Frank know what's going on. Bob Kessler wants to meet with him at Hilton Hotel on Monday night to discuss arbitration. Special thanks to FRED CUSANELLI for crunching numbers for 3 years' of documents; thanks to JIM WARFORD for 1 year; thanks to FRANK FICKLE for 3 years plus all documentation leading up to this point; thanks to JOYCE ADAMS for helping me crunch final numbers last night going into graphs & charts. The test comes next Tuesday. Please be thinking of us. Loren
