Agent Orange - The Legacy of Vietnam

This page is dedicated to Vron Mishler - a dedicated vet who has made a difference - and to all those suffering the effects of Agent Orange

While the government and the chemical companies continue to deny the fact,
Agent Orange continues to kill our veterans and their children.

Here in Michigan our veterans, their families and civilians continue
to be exposed!! Many lakes in Michigan are being treated for algae with
chemicals which contain 2,4-D, one of the most dangerous components in Agent Orange!
Watch this page for a listing of these lakes. It will be coming online within the next few weeks!
And for a while, the grounds at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI
were being being sprayed with this same chemical...

What is wrong with that picture, folks??

One way we have begun to make people aware of the Agent Orange issue is to
erect towers like the one pictured above that carry the AO symbolistic tree and the words
"DIOXIN KILLS". The one above was dedicated in Quincy, MI on July 19th, 1997.
It is built of all donated materials and is on land donated by a local farmer.
Ken Washburn, member of Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 730 in Branch County, MI was the primary builder.
The blueprints and other info on this tower are available from Ken by writing to him at:

These blueprints are now available online!

We would like to see towers such as this in every county of every state in the US, as well as
in Australia and Canada. If you are interested in being part of this international Tower Project

Only through our efforts will we be able to make the public aware of the issue of Agent Orange and force both the government and the chemical companies to accept their responsibility in this issue. Only then can we begin to rectify this terrible affliction and get our veterans the health care and compensation to which they are entitled. Please take part in this worthwhile project. Our time is short as every day our American fighting men are dying of illnesses caused directly to their exposure to Agent Orange. Get involved TODAY!
