EQUITABLE RETIREMENT FOR MILITARY RESERVE TECHNICIANS H.R. 155
In the second session of the 105th Congress Representative Abercrombie
first introduced the Equitable Retirement for Military Reserve Tech-
nicians.  The bill, H.R. 4153 presented on 6-25-1998, had only 19 
co-sponsors before congress adjourned.

The bill was reintroduced in the 106th Congress by Representative
Abercrombie as H.R. 1079. It has now been introduced in the Senate
by Senator Bingham. The wording of the bill is similar to that of last year.

At the present time there is no companion bill in the House.
