1. To provide quality, aggressive, and non-biased representation to fathers.

2. To explore all options available to fathers in regards to custody, visitation, and child support.

3. To understand that fathers are capable of being the custodial parent, and that mothers are not exclusive in the need for custody rights.

4. To argue that the bond with child and their father is just as important as the bond between the child and their mother, and should not be interferred with for any reason.

5. To provide a one hour intial consultation, at no cost, to any father that is referred through the Florida Fathers United Attorney Referral Service.

6. To offer a 20% discount to the normal hourly billing rate.

7. To only require a retainer fee of 20% less than the normal retainer fee requested for like cases.
