Bekka's Biography and News

Bekka Bramlett, born April 19, 1968, is the daughter of Delaney and Bonnie Bramlett. Who also had a very impressive backround in music, having played with the greats such as Eric Clapton. Bekka worked with Mick Fleetwood's band, The Zoo, on his album, Shakin the Cage, in June, 1992. Bramlett joined Fleetwood Mac in 1993, after Stevie Nicks's departure and toured with them after making the album 'Time'. Bekka performed a duet with Joe Cocker in the song 'Take Me Home' in 1994. In 1996, she sung backup for the Jonny Lang song 'Lie to Me'. She released a country album with Billy Burnette from Almo Sounds called Bekka & Billy in April, 1997. Faith Hill, on her new album, covered the Bekka and Billy song 'Better Days' with Bekka singing backup. In recent news, Bekka just finished her tour with Vince Gill and is working on her new album. Also, she appears on Jonny Lang's new album.
