"Shit." 

"Blair?" 

"What?" 

"I don't know buddy...why don't you tell me?" 

"I hate this email program!" 

Sneaking a look around the edge of the laptop, Jim had to smile when he saw 
the bright orange background of the free email account that Blair used for 
one of his mailing lists.  When he'd first found the account, Blair had 
practically gushed about the great features and the cool address that he'd 
gotten...  Now, Blair's glowing compliments had turned to grumbling 
complaints and outright frustration. 

Barely able to hold in his chuckles, Jim said, "Well, you do get what you 
pay for, Chief." 

Blair only glared at Jim over the top of the laptop's screen, and sighed as 
he logged out, and began the search for another free provider...
