SYNOPSIS:

QUALITY OF LIFE of mankind in the long term future is the bottom line of this document.  Factors which will determine this FUTURE include: OVERPOPULATION, DEPLETION OF NATURAL RESOURCES, POLLUTION, FAMILY RESPONSIBILITY, CONTRACEPTION, ABORTION, IMMIGRATION, SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST, CAPITOL PUNISHMENT, PUBLIC POLICY, TAXATION, and ILLEGAL DRUGS.

Parents together with the political, academic, judicial, religious, legal and other disciplines have experienced abject failure.  Approval of current generations is so vital to these foundations of society that they lack the courage to promote the much greater long term good.

"The Solution, Revision 1", the complete text of which is available here on the web free of charge, outlines a plan to improve the future albeit such plan is difficult and generations long.  The purpose of this document is to maximize the accumulative quality of life of all mankind from now to as far into the future as can be reasonably predicted.   Harsh measures are proposed in the short term in order to lessen the catastrophic effects later.

This document based on scientific/mathematic realism takes the long term view with an uncompromising approach to presenting the whole pertinent truth in the proper proportion with zero regard for what adverse effects such truth may have on the most powerful segments of current society.  Accordingly suggested solutions are anethma to most in current generations, however when this planet can no longer support its inhabitants the general populace will not only accept but demand radical change in what is considered acceptable human conduct.

The world got where it is today by the survival of the fittest.  Lowering population and improvement of the quality of genes of mankind may be achieved only by the NATURAL SELECTION PROCESS.  Superseding all else said in this document NO ONE OR ANY GOVERNMENT SHOULD NEVER EVER SEEK TO CONTROL the life of anyone so long as they do not impose upon others.  Aid from government, more than is paid in taxes, is imposing on other taxpayers.

This document is properly called a MANIFESTO.  In reading it you will find no political promises or religious dogma.  It seeks REAL SOLUTIONS.   Its harsh measures are indeed kind and gentle compared to the alternative.
