Eli BROADUS, a son of Moses BROADUS and Elizabeth MARCUS was born in Mobile, Alabama in 1826. Eli married Saleetha Ammaline ENTREKIN about 1848. Saleetha Ammaline ENTREKIN was a daughter of John Bryant ENTREKIN and Matilda STANFORD. Saleetha Ammaline ENTREKIN was born in 1834 in Marion County, MS.

After the death of Saleetha Ammaline (Emmaline) Entrekin, Eli married again, her name is unknown. But it is known that they had a daughter named Sallie Broadus. Sallie Broadus married (?) Danley and in 1926 was living in Little Wood, Louisianna. Nothing more is known of this daughter.
