John Ira Broadus was
the son of Eli Broadus and Emmaline Entrekin was born in Fountainbleu MS.
On 01 September 1876 he married Narcisus Elizabeth Sims in Harrison Co.
MS. Miss Sims was the daughter of Frederick Sims and Elizabeth Hester
Sims.
Frederick W. Broadus, a son of John Ira Broadus and Narcisus Elizabeth Sims Broadus, married Beulah Davis, 12 March 1909 in Harrison Co. MS. Beulah Davis was a daughter of Daniel Bingley Davis and Sabra Isabelle Carter. Harriet Sims was a sister to Narcisus E. Sims Broadus. Harriet Sims was married first to George W. Johnson, 29 January 1863, in Harrison Co. MS. William W. Johnson, a
son of George W. Johnson and Harriet Sims Johnson, married Jane Lee, daughter
of Thomas Uriah Lee and Elizabeth Williams. William W. Johnson is
known as Wilburn Johnson.
Inf. Dau. of Jesse & Ruby Broadus, this is a grandaughter of John Ira and Narcisus E. Sims Broadus, as Jesse was their son, one of a set of twins. |
