1. Must be Road Rover related. - obviously, being a ring for Road Rover fans, your site should have something to do with the show.
2. Must be relatively clean (PG-13 or less). - I'm sure not everyone agrees with this one, but I personally don't see how anyone can associate pornography with a kids television show. Things can be suggestive, but I will drawn a line if it's excessive. This one is under my discretion, but I'm also completely willing to allow you to discuss it with me. There are ALWAYS exceptions to any rule. I will make the final decision, but my word is NOT law.
