I enjoy reading more than anything else, mostly non-fictionals books. I have a bad habit, which is hard to break. When I start reading a book, I can't put it down until its finished. I hate interruptions!! Which is hard to do, since I have children around me all the time. So I got into a routine of reading at night & staying up really late, so that in itself..needless to say promoted another bad habit. Staying up late nearly every night..LOL I also enjoy my Computer, I will say this, I don't read many books anymore. I could stay on this thing for hours at a time. Not just chatting but searching the internet, reading & learning. The internet has endless web sites, the time just flies by before I realize how long I have spent on here.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching the movie Titanic. It was one of the best movies that I have ever seen. It was very sad and touched me in many ways. The movie was just incredible. In James Cameron's own words, Jack & Rose "experience the kind of love we all dream about, but seldom find".

I   just   love   listening   to   Music!!

My taste touches more on the soft rock/rock side, but I love any music with strong, emotional meaning. I definitely have to relate to the music, or I don't really enjoy it/get into it. Lately I've been enjoying country music. I never thought I would listen to country music & actually enjoy it *S*.

Things   I   do   when   not   reading   or   playing

I enjoy restoring & refinishing antique furniture. It's time consuming & very messy, but the rewards pay off, when you stand back & admire your work. Sometimes it takes me a little longer than most. I have a habit of wanting everything to be perfect. I will do it over & over again, until I am satisfied with it. I have several of my Maternal Grandparents.. pieces of furniture, which I hope to pass these onto my children. I learned how to work with antique furniture from my PaPa, he always enjoyed working with wood. I always went out into his shop & watched him, when I was a little girl. I learned all his tips, he was a great teacher.

Taking Time To Stop & Smell the Roses

I love colorful flowers, they are so beautiful & the scent is breathtaking. I could sit in a flower garden & just admire them for hours (if I had hours to spare). I think, if I had to pick a favorite, (other than roses of course) my selection would be pansies. They come in a variety of colors. They bloom all during the spring months. Roses are so beautiful, my favorite is the tea rose. Although they too, come in many different colors. I believe the yellow, pink, & orange are the prettiest. I have seen some that have a lavender tint, that are quite charming. Oh heck, see I can't decide what color I like best.
