Another thing I've noticed about Sailor Moon villains is that many of them are actually good guys at heart. Many start out good, and a few revert. For instance, all the generals were originally good people during the Silver Millenium and were in love with the princesses/senshi. Queen Metallia, however, is pure evil, and it's probably the same with Queen Beryl. Alan and Ann were both good too, and returned that way eventually. They were just doing what anyone else would have done in their situation, as the Doom Tree said. The four sisters were good before Rubeus changed them, and Sailor Moon changes them back. They are the only ones that reformed that didn't die, unlike Nephrite, Saffir and Demando. The Wiseman is pure evil, and Rubeus doesn't seem to have much good in him. Esmeraude at one time might've been good, but there's no proof of it. Demando and Saffir were good before the Wiseman corrupted them. In conclusion, there are actually very few villains who are actually evil (like Chibi-usa! just kidding!)

       It's too bad that the reformed villains all had to die, excepting the Weird Sisters. It would be nice if they could stay alive and maybe have cameos every now and then. But, like I said, not enough attention is paid to the baddies.
