Lina Inverse is a sorceress who travels on a journey to search for powerful treasures, become the most powerful sorceress, fight demon, and save the world from evil while eating in a small village. Lina was fifteen years old in the first season of Slayers in which she fight with Rezo, Shabranigdo, Copy Rezo, and Copy Rezo's followers. During the first season, Lina meets many friends who continue to follow her to their next journey. In the Next season, Lina turns 16 years old and faces many conflict of using the Giga Slave and learns the danger of being too powerful. This season is recommended for Gourry and Lina couple fan since Gourry kiss Lina in one of the last couple of episode and reveal more of Lina's crush on Gourry. In Try, Lina is 17 years old and meets up with new enemeies and friends where she save the world from the resurrection of Dark Star. I like to watch this season because there are couple of episode having Lina with Zelgadiss together. For example: the time where Lina and Zelgadiss has to couple up till they reach the sword so they have to join arm and arm; Lina was stuck in this weird place where there were talking object but was actually for a play. Lina was dressed in this blue dress adn looked for he allies. She found Zel sleeping while dressed as a prince (sort of funky looking). A read in a summary telling that Zel was dressed as a prince to save Lina. ^_^
What is Lina Inverse afraid of? Lina Inverse may be strong and also powerful but it doesn't mean she is not of scared of anything. Lina has many fear as we discover in each season. Here I will list as much as possible of what Lina is afraid of.

Lina's known relative is Lina's older sister,
Luna. Though in the dubbed version of Slayers the tv series, where Lina and Gourry were locked in by Zangulus and Vrumugun. Lina being chained up with the chain shocking Lina when she use her magic finally went through the pain and suffering and got out of the chain after a huge blast injuring Lina. Lina said, "That is a easier than what my sister put me through." Gourry asked "Lina, I didn't know you have a sister." Lina then reply, "No..." Lina does have a sister but begun to mention later in the other seasons. Lina is afraid of her sister so much that
in the second episode in the try season, when
Firia mentioned Luna name, Lina was all shaked
up.
When Firia gave Lina a letter from
Luna (which says in the letter, "Just do it, Your
big sister"), Lina dug her self a tomb on the
ground. Lina and Luna grew up in Zelfielia, which
was a tough time, so Luna took a part-time job as
a waitress. Lina, thought she would help out by
making "projections" of her sister Luna taking a
bath for money, was soon caught by Luna, and Lina
well, bad things happened to Lina. Lina was not
really in a good relationship between her sister
because they probably fight a lot. Like when Lina wouldn't apoligize to Luna for leaving Lina's clothes all over the place making a mess. That part was when Ameria was angry that Lina was asking where here bandana was after a sleep from the bath they took. While Lina tells that Ameria is like her sister. A tiny info on Luna can be heard in a couple of Next and Try season
that I know of. Luna is one of the servant for the Water Dragon King, Cefied.
