To qualify to be a 21st Lap Racing Ring Member you must have a site that features Dirt or Ashaplt racing in any form, Modified, Sprint, Late Model, Midgets, Karts, Champ Karts, Microstocks, and others. You must first submit your site to the ring. It will then be viewed by the ringmaster to make sure it is a Dirt or Ashphalt Racing related site.
