Subject: Haunted or unusual? Berkeley Springs, WV
 

Hi, My name is Laura. A few months ago a friend of mine and I went to visit the old bed and breakfast "Maria's Garden Inn" in Berkeley Springs, WV. It was very beautiful with pictures of the Virgin Mary all over the room, the restaurant, the garden. We thought nothing of it until the first night when my friend and her daughter, 3, slept in the front bedroom and were awakened by nightmares. Both her and her daughter...So, the next night we decided to switch, and my son, who's 4, and I slept in that bed. We were also awakened with nightmares, my son was screaming. I looked at the time and it was 4am. I told my friend about it and she said that was the same time she was woken up also. We thought this was kind of creepy but the real creepy part is when I took pictures. All the pictures taken in the room where the nightmares occurred had streaks of light on them, all in different places, like an arc. The pictures in the other rooms had nothing out the ordinary on them. We asked the innkeeper of the hotel if she had similar complaints and she said she hadn't.

Is this ghostly phenomenon or just unusual activity??
