Raindrops

Tiny raindrops
small and scare;
giant rainstorm,
big and fierce.
Lightening crashes,
thunder roars.
Trees sway,
the wind soars.

The fertile soil
turns to mud,
the ants are drowning
in the flood.
Leaves are flying all around,
worms are crawling
through the ground.

The water quenches the earth's thirst,
suddenly there is a cloudburst.v Rain falls rapidly from the sky;
a storm is when the angels cry.

Suddeny there is a change;
the good and bad weather rearrange.
The sun emerges from behind a cloud,
the sky is peaceful, no longer loud.

The rainbow's colours
spill down from the sky;
scuh a beautiful sight
through Mother Nature's eye.
