Carroll Robison brought this intriging picture (a Groom Relative?) to our 1998 Family Reunion. She found it with some pictures from her aunt's estate. She doesn't know who it is. Do you?
UPDATE- A smaller version of this picture was found with the name "Burns" on the back. So, we're closer to finding out who it is.
