I saw the death coming for a while now and warned some people.  But for others, this should be kind of a surprise, unless you read the guestbook entry I wrote.  After nine revisions and nearly 8000 hits, NiNe deserves a peaceful death.  However, I have another website for the restless NiNe followers, so if you're still interested, then please do visit.  Although, don't change your bookmarks, because this isn't GrrL NiNe.  It's a new website called Sentient, created in June 1999, in an effort to personalize the webspace I occupy and tone down the commercial, teenybopper, I-wanna-be-trendy-like-you quality that had dominated NiNe.  
But still, I have left some remnants of NiNe at the left still available on this server, while the rest are at Sentient, and hope you visit Sentient.
