How H.I.R. StartedThe H.I.R. *GROUP* was formed after our good friend who owns a graphic site had her OWN creations taken and altered by someone else with their own graphic site. The culprit took the graphic backgrounds and re-colored them to her own desire. She now "pretends" that they are her original work!
What is ORIGINAL?We feel being original means you actually drew or create the ART...using PSP, scanned images or clipart programs. But didn't take someone elses graphic that they created to your own program and alter it to call your own. That is NOT original!
Making a web site and graphics TAKES hours and hours of work. Many of us visiting here today do not make graphics…but can you imagine putting in that kind of work, only to find other's taking your things and using them to their own wishes? Not respecting your RULES and doing whatever they wanted?

What is H.I.R.'s Goal?We wanted to start a group that protected all other graphic artists work. After all, if we didn't have some wonderful graphics (THAT ARE ORIGINAL) to use on our sites...what would our web pages look like! Our GOAL as MEMBERS is to BAND together and use graphics on our web sites that we know are made by original creators.
