(Note to Multipower: First off, I’ve used a multipower to simulate the different forms of the Garou instead of the Multiform power. Why? Because each form in a Multiform is essentially a whole different character. Multiforms cannot share abilities or skills. If the character bought a new skill with experience she would have to buy it again for each form. Not only does this make skills and abilities more expensive and book-keeping a chore, it doesn’t fit with the way multiple forms are handled in Werewolf. In this way, powers and abilities build onto the base character instead of replacing it.

Secondly, what the hell is an Ultra Group Slot? This is my own little twist on multipowers that helps Werewolves be more affordable. When a group of powers in a multipower are made to be active at the same time their total real cost is added together before dividing by ten. Instead of each power being counted as a slot, the group of powers are counted together as one slot. This helps save a few points and makes me happy at the end of the day. If you don’t think this keeps with the rules, throw it out and count each power as a slot, then divide its real cost by ten (that’s why I show my math).)

(Note to Werewolf Toughness: If you thought Ultra Group Slot broke with convention, you’ll love this. You’ll notice there are two powers whose active cost is below 30. How is their total cost figured? I heard a rumor once that the old way E.C. was calculated was to pay full price for the most expensive power, then pay half for all the other powers. What I’ve done here is a variation of that. The E.C. is based on the most expensive power(s), then any that fall below its active cost pay for half. This isn’t exactly how E.C. is supposed to be done, it’s just my preferred method. Once again, if you don’t like it, throw it out and re-calculate the cost (that’s why I show my math).)

(Note to Rage: The Spd Aid uses a little used optional rule of Aid that allows the PC to gain a set amount of points from Aid instead of rolling. Each D6 simply gives 3 active points to the Characteristic. This way, the Garou is sure to get a Speed increase with each use. Also note that Each power uses 4 END from the Rage Pool END Reserve. Also, in Hero 5th ed. The cost of Aid has been increased to 10pts/ 1D6. I've allowed the Self Only limitation to be worth -1 to preserve, in my view, the spirit of the Aid power. At -1/2 the Total Cost would be 30pts.)
