This is a pic of the M.C.G, commonly known as the MCG(Melbourne Cricket Ground or Men
Kicker Goals). It is the biggest Aussie Rules footy stadium
in Australia and where cricket and the AFL Grand Final is
played every year in September also concerts and big events it is the home of the 1956 Australian Olympic games. In regards to Aussie Rules there has been some great
battles staged here. Like the 1970 Grand Final it was
a record attendance 121,696 est. people went to the game
between two of the most toughest teams in the AFL(at the time) Carlton
and Collingwood. The games was a seesawing battle after 3
quarter time as Collingwood had a lead of about 40pts at
halftime, but only to surrender it to lose yet another Grand Final.
Up to 1990 they had lost all there 8 appearances with one
being a draw and losing the replay. If you have an interest
