The Agency, Section One's Operating committee, is comprised of representatives of the following: the CIA, MI-6, NATO, Mossad, and other intelligence agencies.  The exact functions and nature of its funding is unknown.

        Oversight, headed by George, is the liaison between Section One and the Agency.  Its function is to ensure that Section follows its mandate and The Agency's guidelines for carrying out those mandates.  During last year, Oversight investigated claims that Section  used the Winchester Protocol, outlawed by the Agency, during a recent mission.  Oversight's findings, although the accuracy is questionable, was that Section did not use the forbidden protocol.  It is rumored that there is an ongoing investigation of Operations and Madeline in regard to another rumor that Adrain, the founder of Section is dead.
