This is my Daughter and Thunder Cloud. Thunder Cloud is a Mustang, he is 4 months old here and growing every day. We introduced him to the other horse's for a week across the fence. We decided to turn Thunder Cloud in with the other horses I was told to watch Poco my gelding that is a dominit horse cause he would hurt him bad. Well here is the story of Thunder in the pasture. Well we put flags on the fence so Thunder Cloud would know where it was. We made sure that the fence checked out 5 lights on the fence tester which it did , Ok ready every one to go and get Thunder Cloud and walk him around the pasture so he knows where his boundrys are ,hubby says that he will go and get him so we wated and all of a sudden all h*ll broke loose Thunder Cloud got scared at something and sliped out of the halter and the race was on. Up to the house he ran and as my daughter and I came out of the house we heard him whinny all of a sudden it dawned on me he was loose. He wheeled around and raced down the lane Hubby in hot persuit as I yelled out instructions to my daughter to get some grain and yelled at Poco the baby is loose and while I got the lariet and Jason got the Four-Wheeler Poco started running up the pasture calling to Thunder , well Pocos call turned Thunder to ward him instead of running out of the lane. I seen Thunder start down the fence row so I started to cut across the pasture and the next thing I knew Thunder was in the pasture he went threw the fence to be with Poco and Dava so I yelled to Poco he is just a baby be good you are a good boy Poco. Poco took over then and got between Dava and Thunder so Dava wouldn't kick him. I kept telling Poco he is just a baby and you have to protect him form Dava , I just about started crying right there and then Poco had thunder under his wing and was licking him just like Thunder's momma would have to reasure him that he was ok that he would protect him and sure enough Poco is protecting Thunder. After things settleled down I said to my family look there and as they looked I said there goes poco and the kid. I have to go get some film and take some pictures of the big killer horse and the baby that is following the killer horse all a round. The wounder horse Poco. Connie
