11\30 A total penalty killing breakdown resulted in 5 Carolina goals and a 6-4 loss. Also not
helping were the 9 penalties the Wings were called for, mostly bad calls. Really bad calls. 
Scoring were Hull, Maltby, and Zetterberg. Next up: Calgary at the Joe on Sunday.

11\28 Kris Draper's OT goal gave the Wings a 3-2 win over New Jersey. Also scoring were 
Bykov(first career) and Hull. Next up: at Carolina Friday night.

11\26 It was a wild ride, but the Wings only manage a point losing in OT 4-5 to Edmonton. 
Scoring were Robitaille(1300th career point), Woolley, Fedorov, and Shanahan. Next up:
New Jersey at the Joe on Wednesday.

11\24 A defensive matchup ended in a 1-1 tie in Edmonton. Scoring was Hull. Next up: Edmonton at 
the Joe on Monday.

11\23 The Wings got lit up by the Canucks 4-1. Scoring was Hull. Next up: at Edmonton tonight.

11\20 The Wings roll in Calgary 5-0. Scoring were Larionov, Fedorov(his league leading 12th),
McCarty, Maltby, and Draper. Next up: at Vancouver Friday night.

11\17  Kirk Maltby netted his 4th short hander of this young season as the Wings top Toronto 2-1. 
Also scoring was Zetterberg. Next up: a western Canada swing beginning Tuesday at Calgary.
  The Wings have signed defenseman Jason Woolley who has spent the past few years in Boston.
They gave up a conditional draft pick and he took a pay cut to come here.

11\16 Sergei Fedorov scored his NHL record 12th overtime goal to lead the Wings past the Ducks 
2-1. Also scoring was Hull. Next up: at Toronto Saturday night.

11\13 The Wings looked well rested in a 4-1 drubbing of the Predleys. Scoring were Shanahan(2),
Fedorov, and McCarty. Next up: Anaheim at the Joe on Friday.
  Jiri Fischer will be out 4 to 6 months with a torn up knee suffered last night. I certainly 
hope Ken Holland gives Steve Duchesne a call.

11\8 Sergei Fedorov popped in an OT goal to help the Wings past Boston 2-1. Also scoring was 
Lidstrom. Next up: a few days off, then Nashville at the Joe on Tuesday.

11\6 The Wings played a near flawless defensive game in front of Manny, by the guns were silent 
as the Wings lose 2-0 to Chicago. The last time the Wings were shutout was last December, 2-0, 
vs. the same Jocelyn Thibault and the same Blackhawks. Shanny missed the game for personal 
reasons. Next up: Boston at the Joe on Thursday.
   The team will fly to Washington D.C. Friday to meet with President Bush for winning the cup 
last season.

11\4 Down for most of the game, the Wings manage a comeback and tie the Stars 3-3. Scoring were
Lidstrom, Datsyuk, and Williams. Next up: Chicago at the Joe tomarrow.

11\3 The Wings didn't show up in Ottawa last night. losing 5-2. Scoring were Hull and 
Zetterberg(sh). Next up: Dallas at the Joe tonight.
