CRUST
1&1/2 cups of Zwieback
1/3 cup of sugar

2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of KAHLUA
1/2 cup water
3 eggs separated
1/4 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2-8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 cup of whipping cream
shaved or curled semisweet chocolate

Prepare Zwieback crust:
Blend 1&1/2 cups of Zwieback crumbs,and 1/3 cup each:
sugar and melted butter together.
Press firmly over bottom and 1/2 way up the side of a 9 inch springform pan.
Bake in a moderate oven ( 350 degrees F ) for 8-10 minutes.
let cool.

Pie ingredients:
In top double boiler, soften gelatin in KAHLUA and water.
beaten egg yokes,sugar and salt.
Cook over boiling water stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Beat cheese until fluffy and gradually stir in KAHLUA mixture;
let cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Beat creme stiff.
Fold egg white and creme into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
Chill 4 or 5 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
Decorate with shaved or curled chocolate.
To add flavour , spoon a little KAHLUA over each serving.
