General FAQs
1. What is this?
This site is a structured collection of carefully selected physics resources on the Web. It is intended to cover all branches of physics and related subjects any information on which can be found on the Web.
2. What is particularly specific in this collection?
The links provided by search engines or other computer generated compilations often miss the point. Despite the overwhelming number of physics related links in Yahoo, you will find no single authoritative source on, say, quantum mechanics. Besides, a large number of sites contain in fact pure speculations, often confusing readers with erroneour or irrelevant information.

So, qualified selection seems mandatory. On the other hand, lists of links created by professional are often too short or too specific to be of general interest. This collection is large and universal thanks to many people who contributed to this site.

3. Who maintains this site?
This site is kept alive and active by only one person. However, realizing the limits of my own physics knowlegde, I readily accept suggestions and propositions made by others. If you feel like you have a good link for this collections, please share.

Technical FAQs
1. How can I navigate through these pages?
The easiest way is to go to the Main page. You will find there a complete list of all pages on this site. Besides, there is a search engine there. Just type a word in and the engine will look for it through all my pages.
2. What are hep-ph, hep-th, etc. papers?
Sometimes, when a topic is highly specific, I couldn't find any good resources available in HTML format. In these cases I gave links to original scientific papers that were available as eprints. Each paper has its own archive number like hep-ph/9902234 and can be found in several formats: either TeX, PostScript or PDF format.
