PORK AND PASTA ITALIA

1 lb. boneless pork loin cut in 1" cubes
1/2 t. vegetable oil
1 sm. chopped onion
5-6 fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 t. garlic
1/2 t. Italian seasoning
1 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
egg noodles

Stir fry pork, onions and mushroom in oil until onions and mushrooms
are tender.  Add tomatoes and seasonings.  Cover and simmer 10 min.
Meanwhile, make noodle according to package directions.  Serve pork 
mixture over hot noodles.  Top with parmesean, if desired.

LOVIN' OVEN CHOPS

1/2 T. oil
4 center cut pork chops
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 t. garlic
1/2 t. parsley
1/2 t. black pepper

Fry pork chops lightly in oil, 3 min. each side.  Then, arrange chops
on greased casserole dish.  Arrage onions and peppers over each chop 
before adding seasonings.  Pour tomatoes over everything, making sure 
to cover chops.  Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
Great served over rice!

POTATO FLUFF

It's pretty easy to get your kids to eat this...adults, too!

1 can Manwich brand sloppy joe sauce
1 can green beans (regular cut is best)
1 lb. ground beef
mashed potatoes (see my Best Instant Potatoes recipe under Side Dishes
                 or make real ones)

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain grease.  Add Manwich to the ground
beef & heat through.  Just before potatoes are done, add green beans
to the Manwich mixture.  Heat until warm.  Serve over mashed potatoes,
salt & pepper to taste.
